Founder and CEO of Federal Finance, he has advised on over $2B of real estate transactions and has developed £500M+ in wellness-focused developments, emphasizing sustainable, biophilic design. At FSV, Tan drives the real estate ecosystem, creating multifamily, hospitality, and commercial hubs that enhance community value and deliver 20–25%+ IRR.

Austin Root – Managing Partner, Head of Business Development
Austin Root spearheads FSV’s business development including but not limited to building and managing relationships with strategic partnerships, sponsorships and investors, with 24+ years in finance and global deal-making. Austin’s vast network of financial institutions, sponsors, and strategic partners drives FSV’s projects, ensuring robust funding and brand synergies.

Robbie Earle (MBE) – Advisor
Robbie Earle, a Wimbledon icon and NBC Premier League pundit, brings 30+ years of football expertise. Playing 284 matches for Wimbledon FC (1991–2000), he’s a beloved figure in the club’s legacy. With partner Robin Shelley, Robbie owns a stake in FSV and will help guide FSV’s strategy, leveraging his EFL network and media presence.

Bringing soccer to Winter Garden, FL

Federal Sports Ventures is proud to be working with the United Soccer League to bring a professional men’s soccer team to Winter Garden, Florida, as part of a proposed 72-acre mixed-use development in East Winter Garden. Pending city approval, our vision is to create a community-focused destination anchored by a 5,000-seat multi-purpose stadium, alongside recreational fields, commercial and retail space, housing, a hotel, parks and walking trails. Led by Tan Bahia and Austin Root, we aim to build a “Live-Work-Play” environment that supports local economic growth, celebrates Winter Garden’s strong soccer culture and creates a clear pathway for homegrown players to progress into the professional game.
